| Gene Summary | The protein encoded by this gene binds the epidermal growth factor receptor and contains one SH2 domain and two SH3 domains. Its two SH3 domains direct complex formation with proline-rich regions of other proteins, and its SH2 domain binds tyrosine phosphorylated sequences. This gene is similar to the Sem5 gene of C.elegans, which is involved in the signal transduction pathway. Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human breast cancer using GRB2 Rabbit mAb at dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). High pressure antigen retrieval performed with 0.01M Citrate Bufferr (pH 6.0) prior to IHC staining.

Confocal imaging of HeLa cells using GRB2 Rabbit mAb (dilution 1:100)(Red). The cells were counterstained with α-Tubulin Mouse mAb (dilution 1:400) (Green). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (blue). objective: 100x.
