IP: Use at 16µg/mg of lysate. Acetone precipitation of the protein extract followed by SDS denaturation is recommended.
WB: 1/125. Not recommended for WB of trace cellular phospho-protein. Acetone precipitation of the protein extract followed by SDS denaturation is recommended.
Not tested in other applications.
