Gene Summary
This gene encodes a member of the WD repeat protein family. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately 40 amino acids typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD), which may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiprotein complexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Application
WB
Positive WB detected in: HepG2 whole cell lysate. All lanes: Wdr37 antibody at 3.34µg/ml. Secondary Goat polyclonal to rabbit IgG at 1/50000 dilution. Predicted band size: 56 kDa. Observed band size: 56 kDa.
IHC
IHC image of Wdr37 Rabbit polyclonal antibody diluted at 1:500 and staining in paraffin-embedded human colon cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
