| Gene Full Name | receptor interacting serine/threonine kinase 1 |
| Gene Summary | This gene encodes a member of the receptor-interacting protein (RIP) family of serine/threonine protein kinases. The encoded protein plays a role in inflammation and cell death in response to tissue damage, pathogen recognition, and as part of developmental regulation. RIPK1/RIPK3 kinase-mediated necrosis is referred to as necroptosis. Genetic disruption of this gene in mice results in death shortly after birth. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2017] |

WB
Western blot analysis of extracts from HepG2 cells(heat-shock treatment), using Phospho-RIPK1 (Ser166) Antibody. The lane on the left was treated with blocking peptide.
ICC/IF
Phospho-RIPK1 (Ser166) Antibody staining Hela cells(heat shock treatment) by IF/ICC. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100,then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were then incubated with primary Ab and mouse anti-beta tubulin Ab for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) Ab(Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) Ab(Green) were used as the secondary antibody. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).| Application Notes | WB:1:500-1:2000 ICC:1:100-1:500 |
