1X10^6 K-562 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Human AIFM2 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.5 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer.
