Western blot analysis of OX40L/TNFSF4 using anti-OX40L/TNFSF4 antibody. Lane 1: recombinant mouse CD252 protein 1ng. After electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a membrane. Then the membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-OX40L/TNFSF4 antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using ECL Plus Western Blotting Substrate. A specific band was detected for OX40L/TNFSF4 at approximately 21-25 kDa.
IHC
IHC analysis of OX40L/TNFSF4 using anti-OX40L/TNFSF4 antibody. OX40L/TNFSF4 was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of rat small intestine tissue. Biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody.
