Western blot analysis of CCL6 using anti-CCL6 antibody. Lane 1: recombinant mouse CCL6 protein 1ng. anti-CCL6 antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit. A specific band was detected for CCL6 at approximately 13KD. The expected band size for CCL6 is at 13KD.
IHC
IHC analysis of C10/CCL6 using anti-C10/CCL6 antibody. C10/CCL6 was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of mouse spleen tissue. Biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody.
