Immunocytochemical analysis of 4% paraformaldeehyde-fixed 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized HeLa cells treated/untreated with actinomycin D. Rab11B is stained with ab3612 at a 1/100 dilution and a Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor Plus 488 conjugate at a 1/500 dilution (green). Nuclear counterstaining is using Hoechst 33342 (blue).
