Western blot analysis of FOXI1 using anti-FOXI1 antibody.The sample well of each lane was loaded with 50ug of sample under reducing conditions.Lane 1: rat kidney tissue lysates,Lane 2: monkey COS-7 cell lysates.Use rabbit anti-FOXI1 1:1000, probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgGHRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit.A specific band was detected for FOXI1 at approximately 60KD. The expected band size for FOXI1 is at 41KD.
ICC/IF
ICC analysis using anti-FOXI1 antibody was detected in immersion fixed U2OS cell line.Cells were stained using the Dylight488-conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody(green)and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
FCM
Flow Cytometry analysis of A549 cells using anti-FOXI1 antibody . Overlay histogram showing A549 cells stained with FOXI1 antibody (Blue line). To facilitate intracellular staining,cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with permeabilization buffer. The cells were blocked with 10% normal goat serum. And then incubated with rabbit anti-FOXI1 Antibody at 1:100 dilution for 30 min at 20°C. DyLight®488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody at 1:100 dilution for 30 minutes at 20°C. Isotype control antibody (Green line) was rabbit IgG at 1:100 dilution used under the same conditions.
