The sample well of the lane was loaded with 50ug of sample under reducing conditions.human Hela whole cell lysates, Use rabbit anti-REPRIMO(RPRM) 1:1000, probed with a goat antirabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit. A specific band was detected for REPRIMO(RPRM) at approximately 12KD. The expected band size for REPRIMO(RPRM) is at 12KD.
