Immunoprecipitation - Anti-BRCA2 antibody (ab9143)
BRCA2 was immunoprecipitated from HEK293T whole cell lysate (1 mg per IP reaction, 20% loaded) with ab9143 at 6 µg per reaction. Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab9143 at 0.01 µg/mL.
Lane 1: ab9143 IP in HEK293T whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: ab9143 IP in HEK293T whole cell lysate.
