应用说明
ELISA: assay dependent.
Immunohistochemistry: 1/250 (using horseradish peroxidase or alkaline phosphatase).
Western blot (using horseradish peroxidase or alkaline phosphatase): 1/250. Predicted molecular weight: 84 kDa.
Not tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions / concentrations should be determined by the end user.
With a more sensitive detection system, such as enhanced chemiluminescence or ELISA, the antibody may be diluted further.
It has also been reported to be useful for immunoprecipitation of PKC gamma.
