Electron Microscopy: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
IHC-P: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
WB: 1/1000 - 1/3000. Use BSA (instead of milk, which contains some keratins) to block nonspecific binding to immunoblots. Predicted molecular weight: 56-70 kDa.
