Immunoprecipitation - Anti-HDAC7 antibody (ab12174)
HDAC7 was immunoprecipitated from whole cell extracts of human HEK-293T cells expressing HDAC7-FLAG using ab12174. The IP samples were separated on SDS-PAGE, blotted with ANTI-FLAG® and developed using Anti-Rabbit IgG, Peroxidase and chemiluminescent substrate.
