Product Description
The Universal Blocking and Antibody Dilution Buffer is a universal blocking and antibody diluent that can be used for blocking, as well as the dilution and preparation of primary and secondary antibodies in Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF), and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Antibodies diluted and prepared with this universal blocking and antibody diluent can be stored and used at 4°C for no less than one month. They can be repeatedly used for Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry, effectively saving antibodies. When the diluted antibodies are basically clear, they can be continuously used. If there is a small amount of precipitation, the supernatant can be taken for use after centrifugation. In case of a significant decrease in the detection effect, or obvious turbidity indicating the growth of microorganisms, the diluted antibodies need to be discarded. The main active ingredients of this product are an appropriate amount of Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) that has been repeatedly optimized, suitable detergents, and antibody stabilizing reagents, etc. On the one hand, it can effectively reduce the non-specific binding of antibodies, and on the other hand, it can effectively extend the stable storage time of the diluted antibodies.
Storage Condition
Stored at 4 º C, valid for one year. Long term non use can be stored at -20 º C.
