| Product description | Coiled-coil domain containing 115 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CCDC115 gene. The protein encoded by this gene has been observed to localize to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-Golgi intermediate compartment (ERGIC) and coat protein complex I (COPI) vesicles in some human cells. The encoded protein shares some homology with the yeast VATPase assembly factor Vma22p, and the orthologous protein in mouse promotes cell proliferation and suppresses cell death. Defects in this gene are a cause of congenital disorder of glycosylation, type IIo in humans. |

Western blot analysis of anti- CCDC115 antibody. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 50ug of sample under reducing conditions. Lane 1: 293T whole cell lysates, Lane 2: MOLT-4 whole cell lysates, Lane 3: HepG2 whole cell lysates, Lane 4: PC-3 whole cell lysates, Lane 5: Daudi whole cell lysates, Lane 6: T-47D whole cell lysates. Use rabbit anti- CCDC115 1:1000, probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit. A specific band was detected for CCDC115 at approximately 20KD. The expected band size for CCDC115 is at 20KD.

ICC analysis using anti-CCDC115 antibody. was detected in immersion fixed A431 cell line. Cells were stained using the Dylight488-conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (green)and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
IHC
IHC analysis using anti- CCDC115 antibody. detected in paraffin-embedded section of human ovarian cancer tissue. Biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody.
