  Immunohistochemistry analysis (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) of formaldehyde fixed human melanoma tissue. Stained with ab8219 at 1/500 dilution.
  Secondary antibody used was Alkaline phosphatase Anti mouse/rabbit kit. Blocking was done with 4% serum for 30 minutes at 21°C. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody and Dako antibody diluent for 1 hour at 21°C. Antigen retrieval method was heat mediated with EDTA

  Immunocytochemistry analysis of acetone-fixed human melanoma cells staining with ab8219 at 1/500 dilution. Secondary antibody was FITC Anti mouse IgG at 1/200 dilution. Samples were incubated with the primary antibody PBS plus BSA for 1 hour. Blocking was done using 4% serum for 1 hour at room temperature.
