应用说明

IHC-P: 1/100 for 10 min at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval by boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 for 10 min and then cool at room temperature for 20 min before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
