CEACAM8 (Carcinoembryonic Antigen Related Cell Adhesion Molecule 8) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with CEACAM8 include Endocarditis and Shwartzman Phenomenon. Among its related pathways are Innate Immune System and Cell surface interactions at the vascular wall. An important paralog of this gene is CEACAM1.
Immunogen
Purified recombinant fragment of human CD66B (AA: 43-178) expressed in E. Coli.
Western blot analysis of CD66B against human CD66B (AA: 43-178) recombinant protein. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (EM1710-98, 1/500) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1:5,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
Application
Western blot analysis of EM1710-98 against HEK293 (1) and CD66B (AA: 43-178)-hIgGFc transfected HEK293 (2) cell lysate.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (EM1710-98, 1/500) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1:5,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
Positive Control
Expressed in leukocytes of chronic myeloid Leukemia patients and bone marrow.
