Supplied in 10 mM sodium HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 µg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol and less than 0.02% sodium azide. Store at –20°C. Do not aliquot the antibody.

Specificity / Sensitivity
CD3 epsilon (D7A6E™) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total CD3ε protein. This antibody recognizes human CD3e protein and is also reactive with mouse CD3e; however, this antibody is not suggested for immunohistochemical analysis of mouse tissues. Monkey species reactivity is Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) only.
