Storage
Supplied in 10 mM sodium HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 µg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol and less than 0.02% sodium azide. Store at –20°C. Do not aliquot the antibody.
Specificity / Sensitivity
Phospho-PKC (pan) (gamma Thr514) (D6Y3D) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of PKC alpha, beta I, beta II, gamma, delta, epsilon, eta, and theta isoforms only when phosphorylated at a residue homologous to Thr514 of human PKC gamma. This antibody does not detect PKC phosphorylated at other sites.
