Supplied in 10 mM sodium HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 µg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol and less than 0.02% sodium azide. Store at –20°C. Do not aliquot the antibody.
Specificity / Sensitivity
PI3 Kinase p55 (D2B3) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total PI3 kinase p55 (PIK3R3) protein. This antibody does not cross-react with PI3 kinase p85α (PIK3R1) or PI3 kinase p85β (PIK3R2) proteins.
